Don Williams provided excellent service in selling my parents home in. He walked me through the process and what I needed to do to successfully have the home ready for selling. He was quick to respond to any of my questions and provided great insight into the current housing market and what to expect. He was also able to address and resolve issues quickly that came up prior to settlement.The home sold in about 3 weeks from the listing date, which is phenomenal in the current market and while there were other homes in the same neighborhood that had been on the market prior to our listing date.  I would highly recommend Don Williams to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

I was on this site looking for a realtor that we worked with a few years ago on a purchase of a home in Smyrna Delaware. We are now looking to move again and I have to say that I wouldn't work with anyone else. Don knew so much about the area and the homes that we told him what we wanted, he took us to only the homes we were interested in. We found the home we wanted in less than a month and had it built. He made it such a wonderful experience that I'm calling again. I highly recommend that you do too!

Emily and Don showed us a ton of homes, until we found the one we liked.  We met Don at a restaurant for our convenience so that we could eat, and he wrote and delivered out offer to the sellers. The offer was excepted and we are extremely happy with the entire process! We were both really impressed with thier knowledge and thier expertise of the area and we do not think they could have been any better, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoy our new future retirement home which we are currently using as a vactation home.

Debra went out her way to help us out, since we were moving from out of state it was especially appreciated.  She could have done nothing to make our experience better.  She was not only our agent but became a friend as well.

We wanted to sell our small home and purchase new construction this year when we new the market was really down. We listed our home with Don Williams.
